At Run North West, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your new running shoes or apparel aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached and footwear remains in its original box.

  Complete the Form

  Fill out the return slip included in your original package, specifying whether you would like a size exchange or a refund to your original payment method.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and send them back to our warehouse using your preferred tracked courier service to ensure safe arrival.

• 4.
  Processing and Notification

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5 working days and notify you via email.
